No, that was the town showing its own common sense. Because if we believed everyone who claimed someone else was innocent, then the only ones we'd believe to be innocent would be the Mafia and KGB.

Like I said, you two making it "more than likely" you were the freemasons would only tell the KGB you were the freemasons, as they would be the only ones certain you weren't KGB. The only other option was that Sky was outing himself as the journo, which would be stupid and thus ruled out.

So at that point the only sensible tactic was to come straight out and say it - the KGB knew, the town suspected, why would you ever want the KGB to have more information than the rest of the town?!

Like I said, lead my team to victory <whistle>

It's no good claiming to know who was KGB from day 2, if you can't get others to believe you. Even though you were a known innocent, people till didn't trust you any more than me until it became obvious though

Didn't need to join, could just post on there when needed.

KGB had one, Mafia had 1 and freemason had 1.

    Regular townies didn't obviously.

C'mon gerrez is coated in Teflon too, in fairness he is right on that

Magic is wildly unpredictable. I think having read KGB at times the guys didn't actually know what he was about to do

    This!!!

If only AFC had fully shared his innocence with us and put that list forwards we'd probably have had Astro and Gerrez in the flip on day two, then Gerrez and Magic on day three, and would have had it all sewn up by then with RHC targeting Gerrez as the second vigilante kill.

The KGB didn't know. They knew we were townies. We still had four town roles at that point. Sky claimed to have a role and think I was innocent. That meant he had to be either the journo or a Freemason, it meant I was innocent but could have any role or just be a normal townie.

E mafia conversation on quicktopic shows that until I had revealed I had a role they still hadn't figured it out. Gerrez suggested I was the other Freemason and IBWT stepped in to correct him that they didn't know and would need to wait for more info. The town squeezed it out of me for them.

Also worth noting they had sky pinned for assassination over RHC until I came out and said I had a role which made it certain I was Freemason along with sky, therefor sky wasn't journo and RHC became target number one.

Lesson to you all. Ibwt is right. Not enough pressure was applied to match suspicions

But also every time afc asked, and he asked many times, what were town and by extension KGB thinking nobody replied. If you don't put it out there you don't apply any pressure. If you combine the table of all names and suspicions to everyone talking and some mafia/KGB getting worried then.... Well you never know from one day to the next who will get killed next

Not once did the town take the guy who scraped through the prior round and put him right up there

And for the record that's whatvi feel I learned watching rather than knew beforehand. It was interesting

I tried my hardest to get people involved and multiple times asked for people to post there thoughts, asked people to post a list, asked people to get involved and put forward theories etc etc...

KGB just sat back and laughed because none of the bloody town even bothered to get involved.

In future if someone doesn't respond to a question from me I'm going to be voting for them and not changing my vote for any reason, logical or not!

I do agree but felt that it was wise not to just assume. I'd not assume the KGB would not have nailed rhc anyway cos he was most dangerous. I wonder cos I knew by then. Did everyone see as soon as rhc said what he did he was vigilante. No disrespect to rhc but I'd not gave put him down for being tricky and even so it was only a matter of does he want to die or is he vigilante and doesn't realise he can still die here?

In any event... Did you all think oh god rhc....

    Well played KGB.
Can't believe we got stuck with BRB, his antics on Day 1 were ****ing hilarious!!
Deffo worst Mafia ever award coming his way.

AFC and Astro fought constantly with each other which didn't help.
I think KGB were put on the front foot from the beginning purely because I got lucky and took out the town cop and they got lucky and took me out (maf assassin) and BRB basically might as well have worn see through socks and been wielding a tommy gun, it was that obvious he was mafia.

Would have been a different game if the KGB had had a mafia to compete with that wasn't pretty much dismembered on Day one.

To be fair even after all of Astros ridiculous A4 posts filled with bold, different sized letters, swearing and just general rudeness because people wouldn't do as he told them to immediately without discussion, I still tried to discuss with him what he thought we should do and what he was thinking. Don't feel I could of tried any harder to ignore Astros random meltdown.

I think most would agree. Not everyone is on at the times but as I knew who was who I could see people jump in when a conversation started and turn it their way

People have to be logical. If they don't the guys who won't help will be left by bad guys. I regret two things.... First day one I could've just sat back a little bod would not have chosen me necessarily and also pregame if I'd not said perhaps the game in danger of a quick town wipeout milk would I think have left the option to convert day one. Maybe the KGB or mafia would have converted night one rather than kill? I dunno

After day one all the kills were done there was no way people were choosing me over the vigilante. I only say it cos it basically meant I had to do actual work not this which always is not good

In any event astro was my first investigation..... I just left it due to late voting we all did (note gerrez I specifically asked for you to be kept in it then) I do wonder if hat coin toss milk mentioned went the other way..... How would I be able to even use that info. Who knows... One thing I do know is I was not sure how to work Info as cop as I was absolutle against just revealing roles.

Great thing about quicktopic. Don't need to register an account and Completely private (until you post a link on a public site and then Google's spiders will find it).

It is handy to register an account though because it logs all the boards you've been on which makes it easier to find them again. Plus it puts a star by your name so proves it's you and not someone just using your name.

Brb definitely livened things up day 1. I'd love to see him play as town. Wonder if he'd be as entertaining.

He did put himself firmly on the block To be lynched... shame he died so early.
