I know, was only pissing around And you took out RHC who would have taken out Gerrez next night had he survived so very useful
Worst. Town. Ever. Not only did the town manage to lynch the wrong person pretty much every day apart from the first one, the cop and journo made no investigations, and vigilante's only kill was an innocent Imo it all went wrong on day two when Sky and AFC spent so much time on the "we're innocent, trust us" bollocks. The whole point of the freemasons, imo, is that they reveal who they are when it is useful to the town. That should have been on day two, when there was a 90% chance the KGB would kill a townie anyway, and a good chance they would kill an important one with real powers (as they did). Sky and AFC had obviously coordinated their votes and so were obviously either KGB or freemasons, but if they had revealed themselves straight away, we wouldn't have wasted day two thinking they were KGB and could have spent more time trying to find the real KGB. Even if one of them had taken a bullet, it would have saved RHC, who could have assassinated Gerrez tonight and thus saved all the hassle (tho' knowing RHC he would probably just have killed AFC as he's not a Liverpool fan ). Either way, it was a mass cluster ****, with the ones who were supposed to be able to prove their innocence and lead the town in finding the KGB spending most of the second day distracting us, resulting in Hash getting lynched and us losing the journo and vigilante on the same day. Btw, Milk maybe you can enlighten me, but I can see no rational reason why the freemasons would ever want to recruit another member? They don't get to know if that person is innocent or not, and have no way of being sure. So all they succeed in doing at that point is potentially revealing any secret discussions to the KGB / Mafia and potentially throwing their advantage away with no real gain.
Me, sky, danilo, all Freemasons, danilo had agreed to go with me, sky would of done the same knowing I was innocent. Not enough votes left to change anything. I'd picked gerrez as my target, he was gonna be in the coin flip You got saved by my bad internet and the forum failing!
I think my comment in the KGB forums says it all when I said... In relation to getting Lucaaas to change his vote to save me
Think I will agree KGB played a good game... but they also had the run of the luck. The kills day 1 all went in KGBs favour. Teflon Gerrez avoiding the lunch after people all switched last minute. Especially the order of the kills helped. I can confirm that Mito had Gerrez and IBWT pegged. Even before he saw my notes he sent me a pm after being killed telling me he thought they were both guilty. If kgb assassin killed Mafia assassin first mito would have lived and had a chance to influence the game. Day 2 RHC wanted to kill Gerrez and Swarbs... when he realised he could only kill one he picked Swaths first. Again by pure luck Teflon Gerrez the recruiter avoided the noose. After that well played by kgb. Still had luck on their side... and even had Lucaaas/IBWT ended a coin flip... I had reworked the nightly right up for that scenario and again luck would have worked in their favour. But they did play well... wasn't all luck... they had town confused most of the time and even when they wernt confused and had the right answers they still voted wrong.
Omg, what an odd perception. We spent all that day talking about how your insistence not to drop questioning us was ****ing the town over. Lol Sky revealed himself without talking to me about it first and claimed I was innocent (again, if sky was active and talked in our thread this wouldn't neccesary ly have happened how it did). Instead of going with it until we can prove or disprove the theory the town decided to bloody lynch me... I then had to reveal my role to avoid dying. After the first day put me and sky both in the coin flip and sky not being online to try and talk anyone out of there votes, I had to take it upon myself to save sky which meant the link was there from the start. Nothing I could of done differently day one and two (other than lynch gerrez instead of brb day one) given the information I had.
If you can recruit the vigilante then in theory you stop them potentially killing 2 innocents... Also allows you to talk about strategies and voting etc. To be honest it's not that much of a risk because even if you recruit a mafia/kgb then they already know you are an emeny as they know their own team anyway. I actually think AFC and Sky played it wrong. Instead of waiting, I'd have risked picking someone from week 1. If you get lucky you recruit a towny and can talk between 3 of you about strategy. If you pick a KGB/Mafia, then it probably becomes obvious as if they don't try and save you or going along with certain things then it becomes obvious they are mafia.
Tbh I don't see how me and astro were the worst 'townies'. I, like all other townies, had absolutely no knowledge of who was or wasn't guilty because of the complete f** ups that had roles in the town. So we were completely guessing our way blindly through the game and the only thing I did have to go on was that IBWT saved me over Billy, which didn't seem to be something that would benefit the KGB anyway at the time, but obviously in hindsight it did. The reason the town lost was because the free masons, journalists, cop & vigilante were complete f** ups. Especially AFC who decided to accuse me throughout the game based on the fact I didn't post a lot during the day (as I'm at work) and because I was mafia last game #bleedingmoron (only kidding, nobody get upset!)
I really did do the coinflip. See ending scenario 2. If it had come down to a coinflip Gerrez would have been lynched. Big if because we can't be 100% sure how Danilo or sky would have voted.
Another reason why the freemasons should have revealed themselves straight away on day two. One freemason probably killed by assassin, no great loss, but the net result would be that RHC survived and killed Gerrez on day three, thus a near guaranteed (and massive) win for the town.
You were the single most suspicious non guilty person and infact acted far more guilty than the guilty people did! You started on day one with a vote for me, with no reasoning (not a rubbish reason but no reason) and it put me into the lead straight away when only like two votes had been cast. Then you went offline and didn't come back until the end of the day where you made a couple of rubbish mafia style comments to be funny that made you sound guilty. You then bummed up to IBWT and and refused to believe me and sky where innocent, trying to point the finger at one of us, when the ONLY people we knew where innocent where me and sky. I fluttered between thinking you where KGB or totally clueless throughout lol
He said he only killed you because you're a Utd fan which is ridiculous They shouldnt let him play the next game the nasty piece of work
Regarding freemasons recruiting: it's a big gamble and one the members of the freemasons have to decide if they want to take. Sometimes in games it becomes obvious people are town. We had confirmed townies in games 1 and 2. (For example people out their special roles if cops and discover mafia) . Assassins used up their kills by night 2. If cop or journalist didn't die early it would be safe to out themselves and would have been great masons. (Danger they might get recruited if outed)
Danilo had already said he thought it was gerrez in the Freemason thread and already agreed to vote with me from the previous day and proved it by lynching lucaaas. You'd assume sky would go with the other two after not being involved much rather than allowing 3 other people not including the only person he knows is innocent voting for someone else. The only outcome if danilo and sky got on was gerrez going to coin flip and milk h confirmed gerrez would of died. IBWT would of been the following day. Town would of won at a canter
Yeah. Shouldn't kill someone based on team they support. Did nothing to help town and worse than a random vote imo.
Which is exactly what the KGB would have done if you were an important member. All the 'you are messing things up by being suspicious of us' chat just made you look more suspicious and desperate to avoid any attention! Why you didn't just turn around at the start of day 2 and say "we are the freemasons, we are both innocent, no one can contradict us, let's look at other people and how they voted" no one will ever know. You ended up revealing yourself at around 7:45pm by which time it was too late to do anything other than jump to the nearest possible target, thus killing hash. True, but you run the risk that the KGB / Mafia will read what you write and act accordingly. Like when afc wrote: "I'm expecting a fairly late vote from lucaaas to tie me in with Astro. He may try and convince someone else to do to first though to avoid suspicion." If the third freemason was with Lucaaas in KGB / Mafia and saw that he could make sure Lucaaas didn't vote that way, thus throwing the freemasons off the scent. Besides which, imo the freemasons should reveal themselves as soon as they can't both be killed off by assassins which avoids the vigilante targeting them anyway.
Your master plan that proves all the townies with roles failed is that you expected us to just reveal ourselves the moment the game started? Wow.
If I was freemason I wouldn't have outed myself but recruited night 1. Take a random guess (or try and take an intelligent guess from what people have said) and recruit someone. Then if something happens to either of the other 2, you can probably be sure your recruited member is a bad guy.
