Ours had a lampshade after the op to separate him from his most prized possessions. Didn't work. He used it as leverage to get his head round and gnaw the stitches. Vet told me off. I pointed out to her that it wasn't me nibbling my empty ballsack. She didn't take this well. Told me to put him in a pair of pants. Have you ever tried to buy pants to fit a small terrier? I went down to pants for a 1 to 2 year old. They don't make them any smaller. Still too big. Used safety pins. He gnawed a hole in the pants and started on his swollen groinal area again. The Vet told me that she'd killed better men than me in the Falkland Islands and insisted it would all be my fault if his non-knackers became infected. I told her where she could stick her stupid cone, took it off him and threw his survival towards the Fates. 4 years later the buggars still here, resenting me every time he looks betwixt his legs.

i can't rememember the other two numbers, but it went something like this: one plate had a number like 230 and the other something like 450. apparently these were taken as references by someone really stupid to the fact that (again, can't remember the real numbers) 245 british and 469 argentinian troops had died in the conflict. because obviously 230 is the same as 245 and 450 is exactly 469. one of the really stupid people claims it without mentioning the numbers in the comments on the top gear page.
