There's a very large family not far from where I live that are well known as not ones to **** with.
One of the sisters got a job at the factory.
She got verbally bullied by one of the managers on a constant basis.

Anyway, this day she'd took as much as she could & ****ed off home.
About an hour later her dad turned up in his truck with about 15 of her brothers.
They marched straight in & demanded to speak to the ****.
The world fell out of the fat ****s arse & he literally pissed himself.

    Everybody was pissing themselves laughing.
The directors interviewed a lot of people about him.
Upshot of it was, he got sacked & the girl kept her job.

If I don't see eye-to-eye with my boss I move on, I cannot work for someone if I lose faith in their leadership/management abilities or if they have a Paulo di Cannio-like style <ok>

Sincerely, the best advice for anyone suffering **** boss syndrome, in your work ethic, stay squeaky clean, avoid all need for confrontation -and get the **** out.*

    * disclaimer: further advice is redundant

Tees mate, I hope you don't mind me giving my advice despite me existing almost entirely in the twilight zone.

Work is totally pointless for most people and the job they're doing isn't worth a light in reality.

I've seen various people fretting about how vital they are and how important their work is ....... usually some keyboard puncher who blinks when exposed to daylight.

Them & these 'bosses' believe they're critical to the future of mankind but they're usually fooling themselves.

You need to take a leaf out of the book of the two gentlemen, below, who are able to take themselves out of their job when they knock off.

You're not yourself at work marra, it's just a part you're currently playing <ok>

Smug's advice is solid, be true to yourself and deliver on what is being asked of you, eventually ****, demotivating bosses get found out.

I absoluetely loathe my immediate superior, he's an absolute clown and i've told him so, i told him he's his superiors bitch, a puppet with no mind of his own, he's that institutialised he cant see it, plus he's got a massive bong eye, i could happily black it for him, a more incompitent t**t in a position of power i have never met, cnut!!

I've only ever had any real personal hatred for one person.

He was an Ashfield Hell's Angel, whom I generally get on with, and had called me out with the backing of a dozen of the chapter ...... Vulture his name was.

I genuinely plotted to murder the **** but, fortunately for me, he died of a drug overdose before I had the chance to put my plan into action.

I'm only saying this to try to put things into perspective for you ......... he's just a work colleague who you'll have forgotten in a few years <ok>
