I know I'm just setting myself up here for the usual WUMs and child abuse jockeys. However is there any decent poster on here that has been to Disneyland Paris? I was looking for a advice on which hotel is best to stay in, are the hotels outside the park just as good, what are the rides you need to queue for most etc? Any (serious) advice is appreciated. Cue the WUMwanks.
Too long a flight for the wee ones. Planning on going there in a few years when they're older. Besides, my dad's paying for it as a treat so it's not up to me.
I've been a few times, stayed in the park and at the hotels outside the park. The big difference is the price. But there is a shuttle bus that goes to the park every 3 mins. Enjoy
Thanks EDGE, the only person who could be bothered posting something serious. Do you not get extra time in the park if you stay in it though (or something like that)?
Stay in any of the Disney hotels outside the park. theres free shuttle buses to and from the park every 15 minutes. Don't fall for the pay 50 euros and have breakfast with the charachters as they do photos after breakfast with everyone. As for the rides they all have a long wait but if you're staying in a Disney hotel you get passes to the park for entry 2 hours before the public. Use them and ride the **** out of the good rides before the peasants arrive
The queues weren't that long when I went there. Between 30 mins and an hour max. Maybe I went there are a quiet time though.
Even although SSK thinks you're a **** Edge, I don't think you're a bad ****. Just no pleasing some people.
That's the kinda advice I was looking for. I'm going to give you good rep. i think it might be worth staying in the park just for the extra time on the rides (for the kids of course, not for me). Can you recommend a hotel in the park? My wife fancies the Santa Fe and I've heard that the Davy Crockett is crap. Any ideas? Thanks
