The discussion of a business deal with the council no doubt had a multitude of solicitors, business experts , team's from all sides and agreed upon, there is no rental agreement , there you are in fact clutching at straws yet again! The fact is a separate legal entity from the swans and council, has not made a profit that can be confirmed through companies house of the books submitted, if there is no profit there is no payment due, if there are losses the clubs have an obligation to fund this no profit organisation, the losses are not funded by the council!

Your problem is that one you don't like the swans, you try and link the current owners of the club which includes myself through the trust to something that happened almost 25 years ago, then blame the owners over the fact that petty and Lewis screwed the swans over 9-10 years ago, it's to Cardiff's credit that they have not gone into admin, but you have entered into creditor agreements, you have been to court a number of times, you are still not out of the woods yet!

I am happy that you have so much concern for the swans , I don't have the same for your club, don't give a monkeys to be honest, I don't wish anything bad to happen to your club, like any other club! Shame you wish ill of the swans , but guess that speaks more about you than me
