That'l do. Nice Nicholls horse, who will be a good chaser when he matures.

Cheers Boris, masterclass from you again with that 40-1 place! Backing TREVE for the treble?

This horse should be shorter in my book as has run a couple of very decent races in defeat this year, in an ideal world it would be good for her to run from a few pounds less in which case confidence would be higher, at a price of 40's however this is a decent bet for which small stakes could show a good return.

Nice call with Albasharah there, stick. I have no idea what Moore was doing on Provenance. Obviously they thought it was a non-stayer, so he rode it like one and the front two were long gone before he got anywhere near the action.

Anybody backing Treve for next year’s Arc ante post needs their head examining. The ought to be 8/1 to show up with the catalogue of problems she has had this year. They have not said what the plan is yet but I would not be surprised if it was Prix Vermeille then Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe – two races, fewest training issues.

Given Treves performance in the Arc are you still buying into it having 'problems' surely the whole season was a fiddle to line it up for the Arc at a backable price

Farquhar 40-1, and next 3 places 20-1 plus - typical end of season handicap. We never learn <laugh>

And in the next big end of season handicap, my arrow lands on ... Seeking Magic!

Edit - Not Supplicant - I went off that one!

I never bought into the "Shergar's been kidnapped" story. I'm sure HE will turn up in the Arc one day :D

Farquhar was a monumental price, have a look at his run 2 starts back, and how the form worked out, he was slow away and finished just behind Gwafa who went on to run 2nd to Battersea at Ascot and Mount Logan who won well off 96 next time. Kicking myself for not giving him a look in this as I put him up when he won earlier in the season and I thought he was pretty decent.

Well done. Did you see the race? Nicholl's looks like a chaser already, dwarfed everything around him and absolutely tanked throughout. Skelton's was more tenacious in the run in but Nicholl's is definitely the one to take out of the race in my view. Both should progress, two good horses pulled a mile clear but I was very taken by the second.

Nice little novice chase coming up at Chepstow. Southfield Theatre a shade odds-on but I think Broadway Buffalo will go very nicely here and 11/2 feels like a bit of value.

Yes, I agree completely. He looks a proper horse for Nicholls.
