Absolutely Billy mate. I'm no fan of the Tories but Clegg is a back-stabbing spineless turd. If any of his supporters turn up on my doorstep before the next election I will chase them :emoticon-0121-angry

You may be right Smug, only time will tell. I do think there is a huge number of cheesed-off voters in this country though and they see Farage as a more than worthy protest vote.

I have read all of UKIP's policies, not just their one trick pony anti immigration policy, and most of them are absolutely nuts, particularly those regarding the environment. Many of their other policies follow the Thatcher manifesto, and we all know how good she was for us..I would honestly vote Monstor Raving Looney before UKIP, because at least they don't hide the fact that they are taking the piss..

If this concerns you, maybe you should be more concerned with what's going on in Holland. As that's where the latest influx to the North east, Humber and Scotland is going to arrive from.

They're actually skeptical that man made climate change exists and want to **** off wind farms<doh>. That's the latest lunacy from UKIP. Fact is they're idiots, the one policy they're pushing (Leaving the Euro Zone) would be extreemly wreckless at the moment as we're about a decade short from actually being prepaired to do so. Anyone Voting UKIP are clearly voting Angrily and not thinking straight.

Anyone with a brain can see we're heading for a hung Parliament again. UKIP will not be the strongest party in Government should they manage to be part of a coalition(they may not even have enough seats to be part of a coalition). UKIP can not deliver their one trick policy it's as simple as that. People need to wake up.

Is that the straight talking Farage who employs his German wife on £25k a year whilst moaning about foreigners taking our jobs, stating that no British person could work as hard as her, or the one that also employs his mistress as a spin doctor. Or is it the Farage who boasts about taking £2,000,000 of taxpayers money in expenses on top of his £64,000 salary?

I only ask because I don't want to confuse him with some sort of charlatan who is out to line his pockets from the public purse.

By the way, Farage doesn't support Proportional Representation, in 2011 he came out in support of the Alternative Voting System, which basically means that you vote for your choice, but also vote for second, third or maybe fourth choices and all your votes count, even the ones for a party who you didn't particularly want to vote for.

Every time I hear someone say, "I'm a straight talker me," I instantly think they're full of ****.

Farage reminds me of this fella .........

f**ing hell, is that all you've got on him? I'd have thought that with all the mud-slinging going on there'd be a whole lot more.

I'm definitely voting for him now, he's a lot less slimy than the others.

I manage my affairs through my own hard work and commitment, not because of some politician in Westminster making a decision supposedly on my behalf.

Exactly Smug, I don't trust many of them to be honest, with the exception of Dennis Skinner, I wouldn't give them the skin off my ****e, fortunately, there is not much they can do to have an effect on my life except raise interest rates so my savings are worth more and I get a bigger rise in my pension.

IMO, the 24/7 media are bigging this up for all it's worth as the whole political world is so deathly dull.

They know it'll all fizzle out but they can fill a few hours by pretending it's 'a major change in British politics'.

The recent by-elections were portrayed as 'an earthquake' ffs <doh>

In reality some right wing chap was re-elected as the local MP and a pathetic 36% turn out resulted in Labour winning the other.

It's obvious that all the wide-eyed excitable UKIP voters would've been out, waving flags, while the Labour voters will have been sat watching Corrie. Having said that I reckon Labour had more voters than when the last won the seat, could be wrong I'm too apathetic to check.

Mebbe's the LibDems were watching telly or just couldn't be arsed ....... I remember when they were just like the UKIP 'faithful'.

These 'evangelists' swap colours like some people swap 'top 4 football teams' <doh>

Whichever is the new 'buzz team' gets their vote, it's amusing in a way I suppose.

Makes you wonder what Farage would do about these foreign players & managers taking all 'our jobs' doesn't it?
