However, after things seemingly couldnât get any worse, just one week since joining it has got worse. With 10 games of the season left, Portuguesa were sitting second bottom in the league â they decided to hire well-known hypnotist Olimar Tesser loose on the team. However, things didnât start so well and they lost their very next game. His bizarre methods of getting the players to walk on hot coals, broken glass, and partaking in deep thinking sessions havenât worked as well as they would have hoped â and now Portuguesa actually sit rock bottom. We canât say they didnât try.
