It is from the local residents. What i find amusing is that this hasn't stopped the RFU in the past of turning down things, with the reasoning that it is a 'Rugby Stadium'. if you wave a large enough cheque....
No chance this will happen, there is a limit on not just the rugby but on any events there such as concerts, Chelsea would probably quadruple or more the number of events that year, the locals would go mental and therefore the local council won't allow it!

Would be a perfect location for them, so I'm glad to see they are having trouble getting it. As I write I know it seems petty, but it's just nice to see them not getting everything they want on a plate.
