Just heard the greatest living Englishman (ok Anglo-Irishman, or probably just Irishman) being 'interviewed' by arch t**t John Humphreys on the wireless. Priceless, Johnny sits so far outside Humphreys' frame of reference that he couldn't grasp the stupidity and irrelevance of his questions to someone who re-remembers his own past every day. No controversy, unless you count calling the interviewer a 'silly sausage' as outrageous. Just wit and huge self confidence. All power to Johnny and his one man attack on mediocrity. "Anger is an energy" indeed.
