I feel Ak must have a place in your team OFH - goalkeeper or centreforward probably - and Mex we had probably better be Unathletico Slacker
OFH you've not met me!!! I weigh in at 220lbs which means I'm in the "get there as fast as I can" league but often that's a little too late, now if that means all I can attack is the player and not the ball then sobeit... in the five asides i played a year ago tended to take the opposing players out more than in my youth...
According to one journalist McKinlay is believed to have resigned from his post at Vicarage Road despite an unbeaten record from two games. Will we know what actually happened?
I can borrow some nets from the harbour so I could be goalkeeper in my traditional woolen pullover. I like not the bright colour figure hugging polyester garments of today.
Doubt we'll ever know the truth on why he left, murky though. If he does go to Fulham well a telltale sign to clear the muddy water....
Oscar looked the right appointment to me whereas Billy McKinley just felt wrong - I just hope that the Pozzos have got it right this time.
Maybe Frank Smith has summed up rather well what some of us think. It is clear from his article that he is as much in the dark about the strange turn of events as we are. http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sp..._Watford_s_disgraceful_treatment_of_McKinlay/
Very interesting article..... and we may never know due to pay off deals and HR regulations which require both parties to remain silent...
Agree, in the cool light of reflection though I tend to think or like to think that the Gino has done the right thing and there is some dirty laundry we're not going to see, very telling that BillyMac hasn't spoken out and the comment re. Gino backing his technical staff, pay to play anyone?
If Billy Mack had never been appointed as manager I don't think anyone would be questioning this appointment. OG got ill and Pozzos have found a replacement - the only issue is the messy and not very nice way they went about it. For a super intelligent Harvard graduate Gino Pozzo did not get an "A" on this assignment
The fact that Billy Mack hasn't said anything may just be down to the terms of compensation payment. Probably one of the clauses is that he says nothing about the circumstances of his departure as is very usual in these cases. And if a contract had not been signed, then it might be classed as an inferred term in an unwritten contract. Probably just him wanting to protect his compensation claim and nothing more.
