Maybe Steve Cottrell WON'T get Manager of the Month

    up against Swindon Town’s Mark Cooper,
    Oldham Athletic’s Lee Johnson and
    Keith Hill of Rochdale

    With us being(in my opinion) the strongest team in the league for the entire season.

    I think steve will get the award later in the season and not this time round

    I don't think they like the same Manager being awarded twice in one season

    Award to be announced on friday 10 october

    Mark cooper blotted his book last night

    Rochdale lost 1 ( sheff ) but opposition not great
    Swindon drew 1 again other than sheff not great but 5-2!

    Oldham junior undefeated likely winner

    cooper should be in the hat with junior

    Lets hope not, but unbeaten and 5 points clear does make him a leading candidate.

    Anyway, SAF won it plenty of times and didn't seem to do him much harm

    Couldn't happen to a more deserving case.

    But as I said earlier, its manager of the season I am interested in, and its a safe bet Cotterill is thinking the same
    Just the shot in the arm that the club needed going into Saturday's contest with Chesterfield

    Nice that the BBC are interested in this award - NOT!! Absolutely nothing on main website or indeed about the JPT game on Wednesday!! Obviously doesn't concern them does it?
