Viva United was a cock, he got the moderator job before there were any United fans on here (like 10 months before) and there was no risk of him upsetting anyone, as there wasn't anyone to upset. As for others being offended, they probably need to harden up - half the wind ups and **** I hear at my local pub while watching the match are about x10 worse than the majority of content on here.
Clearly doesnt know what irony means. Im not the one on the Liverpool board crying like some pathetic little girl when someone says liverpool are not amazing. I am pretty confident the most complaints come from members of the Liverpool board aswell.
I discussed this with syd - apparently the way he did it made Mick think the site had been hacked and forced him to change all the passwords etc, and almost close the whole server down. So they took a zero tolerance approach to it and banned Viva outright. I suppose if enough people PM them to ask they might reconsider, but the decision seemed pretty final to me. ----------------------------- Swarbs. I remember that mate.I think this forum at the time was pretty close to closing down.Syd was up to his eyes at the time with numerous complaints.There was endless wummery going on.On the Liverpool board there seemed to be close to 50 ''Henderson threads'' most of them with the same intention.However it seems to have settled down. I think Viva went a tad too far changing usernames.It took me a while to realise mine had been changed.As I had been off-line when it had been changed.However vexing a super-mod.Its definitely curtains.
