Yes that is true. Hence the second half of the question. However, I do think there is more chance of a physicist been on football forum then Danny Graham ever scoring a goal.
 
It's definitely not linear, it works in a loop.

It gets to 24 then goes back to zero, every time.

My thoughts are - Time is holographic as is the Universe (or Multiverse) - its all a just an illusion - been some interesting papers written in the recent few years advocating these theories -its all just total mindfuck at the end of the 'proverbial day'
