Kelvins got nothing else to do anyway. He probably loves training? He doesn't play for the Developement Squad team, there's no reserves anymore, and he's not playing in the first XI.

 

Can't say they haven't got a sense of humour...first picture just Corkie and Bertram with a huuuuuge gap between them.

 

Jack and Ryan have to play with opposite teams even though they are dying to natter to each other. They're like the two captains who pick from the bunch they have in front of them. Jack grins into the camera and then bosses the play. The coaches look on as if to say, so wtf do we do with them for two weeks..? Then the photographer finds Kelvin Davis kicking a ball properly for once, Jaidi with a book file under his arm and pointing at the same time [which is a rarity], before he can't justify more than 10 photos.

Which is a shame really, because I'd have handled at least 30 more photos of Saints players grinning their heads off, while kicking a football around.

Training gallery of a few of our many internationals...how good does that sound?

 

According to the Fail, Saints have the fewest number of first team squad players, excluding U21's, available for training during the international break, of any Premier League team. Just Cork, Bertrand, SKD, and Gazzaniga. Liverpool, on the other hand, have 10.

Funny, I felt sure Cork's first name was Jack.

 

Rumoured that Chambers will start at right back later with Clyne on the bench.

 

My thoughts exactly, along with

 

Stones out until 2015 so Clyne's only got Chambers and Glen Johnson to compete with. Oh. Just remembered how Roy loves Johnson.

 

And one (possibly two) of those should at least be looked at. I'm not naming names but one of them isn't Gazzaniga.
