Yeh so they could investigate themself and the paper would announce them just as town. Early on mafia are more likely to go for someone who they don't know town or not with the chance of killing KGB, so they would likely be safely assumed a townie and survive for now.

They wouldn't have to come out as the journo as the paper doesn't reveal there role does it?

  3. Oh look, the two pre-voted players are heading for the lynching. They also happen to be the most talkative people too <laugh>

I'm assuming everyone will say investigate me....

How does town win.... well town only win when all others are dead. I find it also hard to fathom as with a kil convert opens so i do feel the town has to get into one mafia team in first tow nights.... I can see where its 3/3/5 or something and basically the mafia/kgb can block vote us off... the freemasons need to surive in that case.

the two mafia teams can't team up barring their blocks vote the same way out of convenience. they'll have to be two teams of max 3, hopefully less that are more and more obvsiou as game goes on.

no he brought it on himself.

we'll see how it goes later. My vote for sky hasn't raised anything obvious yet. perhaps later votes put some more people on.. i dunno.

I'll prob switch to make a tie but we'll see..

Indeed, I figured swarbs would vote for me when I voted for him. Didn't expect brb to vote for me after his plea to be voted off, given that his vote for me made that very unlikely!

Either way if I'm still sat out I front of the pack come the end of the day then the town has ****ed up :p

    Why does talking = Guilt!!

Come on people, we have to be smarter than last time.

I suppose a coin toss is unavoidable on Day 1 with so many players involved, still not decided how I will vote :(
I have no idea at this point.

  12. Because there are three teams, two of which can work in cohesion, I believe we need to put our trust in the two free masons that can communicate. Am I right in thinking they can recruit a third too?

At the moment it looks like a coin toss with me and gerrez, which I think is a bad idea. Think we've ****ed up slightly by allowing a gap so quickly to form between the front runners and the rest of the pack...though we will see how those who haven't voted throw there votes.

  17. If you moved you vote to someone else that already has one and I went with the same person, we could make it a three way atm. things will swing about yet though

From what I gather thre don't have to tell the truth in what they found out so if I was journo I could just say I found myself innocent in the headline without actually investigating myself. That way you've cleared your name but not wasted an investigation on a person you obviosly already knew?

Also if tonight's headline is not about tonight's investigation then someone needs to have a right laugh with it.

Bonus points for a brilliant witty puntastic headline tonigh! <ok>

Huh? So the journalist can investigate one person but give us different information? Why would they though!
