Do not be blaming the council for this. 100% of the blame is all on Allam. HCC is only manned by saints who put the interests of the City of Hull first and foremost. They are blameless in this whole shambles.
I didn't catch most of it, I was too busy bellowing in laughter that I couldn't hear the radio. The bit where he said teams like Cardiff would snap our hands off for someone like Allam to rescue them from someone like Tan really tickled me.
