Cleared off the line twice to block City then the ball hoofed up to Derbyshire and penalty given! Not again! 1-0.
It is like a Rocky movie supporting Norwich these days we get sucker punched then come back fighting towards the end to make it more exciting , I am still convinced we have enough to smash Rotherham. Adams at least has 45 mins to change things or utilize the hairdryer as Charlton scored too late on to rectify It last time.
Anyone getting a sense of deja vu? With 8!!! First half Corners, if nothing else we need to get better at set pieces. All that domination of the ball and chances and only one on Target again. Not good enough in the final third again. At least they've been foolish enough to score first half, surely now awakening a second half goal blitz (reaching for that straw!!!) Bah!
This from Canary Player: "Another scoreline you just wouldn't credit given the relative performances on the pitch. City will be in the changing room absolutely livid, you'd think. Let's hope that's anger they can turn into goals in the second half." Hope so too!
If we lose this one, the questions about Adams will start to surface again. A side with the squad we have should not be losing at home to Rotherham.
Agreed. As much as I was in favour of the appointment, there will be (already are) questions beginning to form in my mind about his ability to get the very best out of these players. Perhaps not so much on an individual level, but as a coherent team.
One unlucky home game where you lose to a smash and grab is a misfortune; two looks like carelessness.
Completely agree- my stance since the beginning of the season has been - he's doing ok, but has to evolve, but I am questioning how quickly his evolution will be
Surely time to call on the bench, but who, Murphy's the only one with goals in him, Lafferty for height with all these Corners/crosses. Starting to worry about the lack of goals that Redmond, Hoolahan offer. Bah!
At risk of opening another can of worms......when has Redmond ever offered a goal threat? More risk sitting in row K upwards
