We may have thought Mauricio who but the appointment was the result of a great deal of research by the succession management team. I think looking back we will see him no more part of our development than Adkins or Pardew. We are in a rather unique era where we have now had four pretty decent managers in succession
Although his departure was a masterstroke, I will always see Adkins as a huge part of our progression and development.
Or Arsenal away. I'm sure we all acknowledge that this result could be anything, but how nice to go into each match feeling some confidence.
Very worried about playing Spurs in the rain. In particular Pelle. Will his hair be up to it? It could be a disaster. Either or .
He's back! 'Bearsy Investigates' returns for one-game only ahead of Spurs vs Saints... and it's good. http://bearsyinvestigates.blogspot.co.uk/2014/10/scouting-report-tottenham-hotspur.html
Love the pride and prejudice analogy, brilliant. The cockerel bit wasn't great. Strangely, most of the Spurs fans I've known have also mostly been twats.
Nice bit on Sky about Saints (with lots of our goals last season and this)...consensus is that in an open season, we could be top 4. Saying how Koeman has landed on his feet, whereas Mauricio is nowhere near knowing his best side with Spurs a bit half-hearted in playing in his style (I think a lot of us suggested that could happen when he was first linked to Spurs).
We beat them 1-0 when he-who-must-not-be-named was in charge, with he-who-must-not-be-named scoring the only goal, back in the season-which-must-not-be-named.
