Has anyone noticed a lack of matchday threads lately? Is anyone currently a volunteer or been volunteered to do them? Not being a dick but for me these things should be posted up at least 48 hours before a game and they are one of the most important threads on a Club forum. Instead we get loads of threads with the usual ****fests but when it comes to football stuff nobody seems to care. Like most fans I'm not bothered about all singing and dancing matchday threads just a title will do so we can all contribute.
No prob Valley but don't expect too much. Not a surprise though. It seems to me too many people on this site are happy to bitch about each other without actually discussing our matches. Go figure.
Agree with that Musty. Terror normally likes to do them but I haven't seen him post much this week, probably because of the problems.
Terror hasn't had a problem as far as I'm aware. I'm not blaming him at all as one person shouldn't do it all the time but the lack of matchday threads has been happening for a while. Not going to bitch about it any more but we can't carry on like this. Just takes a bit of organisation imo. Matchday threads should be up days before the event.
Just taking a backseat for a while chaps. I was contributing very regularly and this was a) making me even more annoying to some (I believe I was seen as dominating the forum a little too much for some's tastes) and b) making me more likely to get involved in spats Just going to take it easy from here on in and enjoy reading more. I agree with you Dragon though, always enjoyed a match thread in the run up to the weekend, especially if you can get contributions from the opposition!
If you need a banner or any stat shots give me a PM fella. Seriously, not a problem, I enjoy it. Not today because I'm off the the match soon.
Cheers funk. Think I nicked one of yours recently Matchday threads should be the lifeblood of a footie forum not something that gets in the way of arguing.
Terror has a lip on over unwarrented crap going his way . Going to miss the very good and contructed articles , not only matchday thread , that he put together that plastics like me rely on . Hopefully he starts back up and certain dipsticks leave well enough alone .
That doesn't correlate with you going out of your way and asking posters to avoid responding to one of my recent posts.Presumably to avoid any possible "spats".
I look forward to your matchday threads. With the time wasted bitching about it you could have posted one yourself.
I did post one you imbecile. Your turn next week? Even someone with your limitations can do it I'm sure.
