    true, but having concerns and concluding on the matter are two very different things, I was reffering the the latter.

    As other have already said, there is plenty of time yet to bring players in. I would expect another 2 maybe 3 signings. My guess would be a £10 million striker, N'Zogbia and Taylor. These 3 would cost around £22 million which would leave £13 million which has to be paid to agents for Ba etc, and covering some players wages.

    Yes let's hope he doesn't spend any of the 35mil because we've had some bad expensive players.

    I mean we bang on about Graham Carr but clearly if he was allowed to look at expensive targets he'd turn into a bumbling idiot and suggest we buy the next Michael Owen etc

    Ignoring the fact we once paid the world record fee for Alan Shearer and that worked out okay.
