If you look at how we set up this season, we are simply not balanced. We still have pace but as a few people have already stated we are too static.

When playing for my school , or teachers/trainers taught us how to take opponents "for a walk" in order to create space for either ourselves or others. I see nothing of that happening.

I was always taught this too, would wander about constantly - my markers probably thought I had some sort of condition! But it creates space.

I really do think our team will look 10 times as good with Sturridge back, this guy is the unsung hero and without him we look **** - think him and Mario can form a good partnership based on the hour they had together against Spurs

There was a moment towards the end of the game, where we were passing it around for fun on the wing near their box. But we didn't even attempt to drive into the box and there was zero movement.

Disappointing because Everton were there for the taking.

Is Balotelli more talented than Welbeck probably
would Welbeck suit us better - definitely

the lack of movement without Studge is painful and Welbeck gives you that plus when ,on the few occasions he is played as CF,
    his record is pretty good.

mind you i went on record at the time of the signing saying i didn't want him so i may not be considered totally unbiased smiley:<whistle>

Welbeck is crap, but he is miles better than Balotelli.

1 goal in 7 games, the guy is useless. He would suit Stoke.

I remember about the time he left City, people said that if he sorted out his head, he had the technical ability to be the best player in the world. I just don't see it. He could play for any team in the world and he'd still be nothing more than average. Wasted talent or just a total spoofer?

Balotelli is the laziest striker I've ever seen. His work rate is embarrassing and an insult to his team mates. Brendan must have been on some fantastic stuff to have ever thought he would be a good signing. Woeful.
