BLT baguette, packet of hula hoops and an apple. All washed down with a bucket of water.

Also had a good old read of ‘The Weekender’. Apart from, that is, when I was interrupted to be told how wonderful Mr Cameron’s speech was. Didn’t surprise me as what else do expect from the great man.

We used to have our hair (though in my case it is my hairs) cut at the same barbers in Yarm. Must admit I was more worried he hadn't ridden a Royal winner.

He's obviously gone up in the world .... Exelby!!

Cheers mate (must buy you an ice at Suggates when I'm next up... stay frosty).

This horse has seen money for it today and there is little real reason to suggest that should be so, I think it will go well in a race where it's difficult to get excited about anything really.

"Great man"? Come on now SBC, he's far far from that. Made a complete ass of himself during the Scottish Referendum, and how about his connection with the News International (N.O.W.) people, conveniently forgotten, I guess? You'll be telling us N.Henderson is a "great man" next. Both have a great line of "old boy" bulls**t, give you that.

I think the secret is now well and truly out – Sir Barney Chuckles is really Sam Cam...

I do not think there is a Fortnum and Mason outlet in Birmingham, so no Giraffe just curried Fox.
