Iâm dreading the weekend, are you? I just get the feeling we are going to feel so let down, Wickham on Wednesday, Dong and Gardner on Thursday, Larssen and Westwood on Friday, then nothing. This is the problem with Bruce, he gets you all excited, expectations are raised then the slump, see its his tactics. Now if I had been in charge I would have held the Gardner announcement back till Friday, done Larssen on Saturday then Westwood on Sunday, common sense really. We can only hope he learns before the pressure mounts, again, on his head. If he gets the United 3, I can see a film there, he must drip them in over 3 days or better still go back to the Sunderland way, the one we had in the good old days and take a few weeks. This builds the tension, gives the less well off (Newcastle) the chance to gloat about Johnny Foreigner from over the pond, gives Bill a good week to down the drink, stoke up his Bruce Out message (sorry Bill), Shameless to concoct some vile picture, Commo to find a picture to post, BB time to mix a tune and tell us its hot, Master Simpson time to tell us he is Bart and loves us, Roger the chance to abuse badger, Cest time to write a novel, Chunky time to shag their lass, MrRaw time to finish one of his never ending 12 hour shifts, MR time to pass some blood, Steve time to do a banner, Jersey time to get his leg over(OK that may be pushing it) and me time to walk the dog. Looking at the last few days I suppose we will have to content ourselves with simply abusing the irritating and never ending stream of groupies who seem to have taken refuge here from their own board, I had heard Newcastle had a lot of squatters, now we know its true. Anything planned for the weekend?
We've been busy adding to our squad this week all very good additions IMO. Plans for the weekend have to keep the missus sweet shopping etc as im off to Silverstone to watch the F1 for 3 days next weekend cant wait.
I heard rumours about getting Messi on Saturday! ..... Make of that what you will, perhaps the weekend won't be so bad after all!

We're djing a pool party in Riviera, it's the first daytime event we've done, so i'm really looking forward to that. Syd, Mr Bruce has said that he could be looking for a big norwegian lad. I asked my agent to contact him and am just waiting for a reply, could sign over the weekend if the supply of beer tokens is OK. I can play inside out, or left back behind the goal posts. But definitely qualify for the big bit.....waistline. would bring some experience to the young lads as well, seen it all in my 65 years, mind you only played in the lower reaches of the norwegian league.

July 4th is a big holiday out in the USA its when they celebrate when we gave them there freedom. They argue back and say they beat us but i always tell them we left for 2 reasons first we wanted to knack the French Second we ran out of cannon balls when we pounded fort McHenry But i do enjoy the 3 day weekend
Got a darts match tonight, then Going to a party tomorrow to watch the big fight. Then a BBQ on Sunday. So basically, I'm guna be pissed all weekend.
