Well, refreshing to see we're certainly no longer a powder puff side at all!

Sure, far too many hoofballs etc but we limited Sheff Weds so sod all shots and definitely deserved at least a point!

    Well done all.

Think Mick got it wrong tonight, sammon should have come off far earlier, personally i dont think he should have started but i can see why Mick decided to stick with him. Skuse was back to **** self again, Murph and Berra excellent!!
Decent point tho but pity we never won, would have drawn level with the 6 finger brigade!!

You may have a point Spanish but I guess fair shout to giving Sammon another shot.

Thing is, the pitch was awful, away from home on a Tuesday bla bla need workers and Sammon will give his all. I don't mind him hugely.

    Bring on the Forrest!

Tend to agree with that... Sounded like Sammon struggled tonight. Although Skuse did well defensively at times it seems, just wish he wouldn't give the ball away so much. Sounded like Mings has had better games too.

Still pretty happy tonight with a point.

Like I said...1 pt for hard fought if not pretty to watch draw. If someone told me back in woeful August, that we would pick up 13pts from 15 in September, I would have bitten their testicles off with merry mirth!!

Hey, we are in October...bring on the big guns! I am enjoying this season so much more than the last....mmm...3, no 4!

Poor Henshall..revolving doors or what? Hope he loans out to a decent club for lots of games.

Have to have a little bit of sympathy for him but his time will come.

It's quite a sad state of affairs players like him move to these bigs clubs to play youth football and so called train with these " experts " instead of perhaps being a little patient and making their bow early for Swindon for example where he was at.

What is the %%%% of a player gettings actually making the grade at these big clubs??

Sure, you will get expert coaching and all of lifes nicities..... but when it comes to 19-21 and you've played sod all meaningful games and you have to make a career for yourself, was it worth it!?

Take Vaseli aswell - Apparently highly rated at Man Utd, some fans were a bit unsure why he was let go etc. When loaned out to Bury to start with, apparently like a duck out of water and absolutely abysmal. Then he settled and did well. Now he's moved up a level to League 1, and seems to be starting games so clearly his career is coming together.

Get the lad out on loan until January. We have better in the side, and we really do not know whether he can cut it week in week out at this level YET.
