This site is becoming too PC now.. The thread was clearly marked NSFW! Soon we'll lose all our good posters like comm. The site is becoming a joke, I wonder if it was someone else who put that thread up Instead of comm would it have been banned? Food for thought.
OMG ..... you are all off on one again ..... just because I go by the rules of the forum It's not because I'm female with PMT or my period & I've had a good shag recently ..... so it can't be that GC & the Newcastle site have password protected threads where these things can be posted & all who wish to view can ....... anything on the football side of the forum is modded by brb & myself & porn or racist material is not acceptable ...... that is clearly stated in the site rules ....... merely stating NSFW isn't good enough One of your own mods wanted to resign today because of all the s**t posted on here & I can now see why If I am directed to threads which break the rules I will delete them ..... I rarely come on your site so don't interfere very often I apologise to the mods on here if they feel I should have spoken to them about the deleted thread..... but I thought I had been fairly clear about my reasons. My PM to Commachio was trying to be polite ..... but as he has used it against me I wont bother in the future No apology from me for the deletions ..... break the rules ... delete ..... Simples
In that case shouldn't you be on deleting the thousands of threads on GC that contravene the house rules? Don't envy you with your work load.
ok guys..i've seen the fuss and this is my take on it... I checked the threads that have been deleted...the video one contained Adult restricted material...this is not an Adult restricted site. By posting them on here it appears to over-ride the over 18 restrictions, i don't know why. If you go via youtube directly you have to sign in as proof of adult. Also a mod requested to resign today due to content. I hear your arguments about GC, and i'm not even disagreeing with them, but that's a matter you need to raise directly with the site owner.
Therefore we sort one of these for ourselves and everything which is strictly adult is posted in there?
So Jip Jaap Stam and Mick(who won't reply to messages) have jurisdiction on GC but you two don't? How very convenient.
Not sure your point....the agreement i've always had with the site owner is i don't mind volunteering to supermod the football forums but not GC. So if you feel that is convenient fair enough, personally if it was my own site i would not allow some of the content in there...but its Mick's site so his rules. He just leaves me to mod the other boards, I agree that might create an imbalance of judgment across the two domains....but Mick knows he can remove me as supermod anytime, he chooses not too. Problem is the Scottish boards and GC were the original foundation of this site before the English leagues, so the earlier domain was long born before the rest. It's there to stay, don't mean i have to agree with it, likewise don't mean i have to interfere in it. Whereas Mick gives me the power to interfere on the football forums. I removed much content on the English boards that would get this site banned several times over, ppl are not happy but it's what supermods do. We aint here to be liked that;s for sure.

Set one what up? An adult section within our own board? That would seem to be the answer if possible. The days when I`m offended by anything are long gone but I can understand the under age thing. I don`t care for the GC thing tbh. If I go out with me pals for a few beers and a bit craic, I want the banter to stay round the table and not have the whole pub joining in. A section within our own bit with a password sounds good to me.
