No, not Harry, (although he needs to have a hard look at his decison making and overall stategy).

Its Rio. A case of style over substance. He pirouettes around a very limited area, barking instructions to others whilst completely ignoring any threat near him. No grit, no pride, just doing the bare minimum with not even a quarter of the commitment he showed in a red shirt.

He has been responsible for many of our conceded goals, and reponsible for errors which could have lead to many, many more. Just simply not good enough. If that was Ned or Clint, they'd get crucified.
I'm not sure if he just doesnt care, or he is exposed and desperately is clinging to his former glory.
Bottom line is he's constantly leaving us wide open.

We are in deep **** if this continues.

I would love to see him doing well for us and proving a few people wrong, but we cannot ignore this any longer.

Or Dunne who was (rightly) crucified when his howlers began.

    He has to be dropped

I was very reluctant when he was first being linked, then I heard what he said about joining and the sacrifices he was going to make to join and I was swayed.

His additional composure on the ball hasn't really added anything to our very ingrained tactic of passing along the back line 3-4 times and then either pushing it to a dropping midfielder or lumping towards the striker with the biggest forehead that we've selected. He doesn't get booked which I can't decide if it's more frustrating than curiously noble and he talks a better game about staying switched on at all times than he plays.

I must admit, too, that I was oblivious to all his outside interests (particularly his pending autobiography which almost suggests that he's on the wind down) and it gives the impression that he's using us as a chance to maintain his profile while giving him a better base of operation (ie London) to launch his empire.

Dunne and Clint are easily as good leaders with the added benefit of visibly putting their body on the line for the cause (which is also inspiring to the other players in its own way) and I don't think they'd so any worse performance wise (Dunne slated when we only lost 1-0 and Hill played in his unsuited LB role more than any other).

The guy is finished, a liability on the pitch. How long will it take Harry to bury his pride?

I like Rio as a man and a player. However he cant play in a back four any more. He was brought in to play in a 5 at the back formation and would have excelled in the sweeper position. But if we are playing 4 at the back bring in the chief who is younger, quicker and will be better for us. Or we will continue to let in poor goals and before we know if we'll be of the pace stuck firmly in the bottom 3.

From Vinny Jones to Rio Ferdinand - we must stop such signings IF the ones that we do want will agree to join.

Dare I give another perspective...and I agree that Rio has been a total waste of space, and really wish he'd never joined. I have always preferred younger players on the way up than those on the way down. The other perspective though, is seen in Ryan Nelsen. Another player approaching the end of his career who joined, and was the very model of a professional, and a class act on the pitch. So, I have a degree of sympathy as it must be near on impossible to pick the Nelsen's from the Rio's. Such a shame we've ended up with Rio now.

Very astute. He looked excellent when we organised with 5 at the back for our first game of the season but has been all at sea since we switched to a more conventional line up. HR needs to choose between the formation or the player.

Harold needs to go back to 352 simply because the players he signed were supposedly done so with that in mind, plus he let our one genuine right back go to Leicester as he was deemed surplus to requirements.

Just don't expect him to do so......

Didn't take long to rip into Rio

He is far from finished IMO and we get that cover in front of the back four sorted then watch him return to the excellent player he is still is

Having watched all the recent matches this morning … the entire team looks like rabbits in the headlights IMO. They will settle IMO and he will get us a mid table position

I can't see this team getting any worse as they look disjointed to **** here and there but watching the three games it's clear there is improvement

I still cannot understand how on here players are picked out in focus … I say again the problem is inside what a modern QPR fan has become today.

We have a new core to settle I say again play Henry every game to help that transition happen. Taarabt is key still IMO

The game he coughed up the one and only goal in? And have you forgotten the shambles at Spurs the following week?
