I don't think Burnley will move far from where they are now.

 

Burnley fans on one of their forums thought they would be in a relegation scrap with us and we would go down. They thought they have a better team then us.....

 

I don't think it is such that Burnley are that poor, but it appears that WBA are nobody's mugs. They've had a few impressive results.

 

They pulled off a stunning draw with that team in second.

I keep looking at the fixtures list without much fear now... Is that a normal reaction for a saints fan?

Strange after the reaction we had last season at this point. We've kinda accepted our fate as saints fan on a run away train without any control what's so ever

 

Burnley could well find themselves wanting to get a bit of cash for Ings in January if they get cast adrift by then.

 

Roy looking to call up Vardy.....

 

He's not really a advert seller, so it won't work.

 

If he can get into the England squad then we really are screwed.

 

A commentator mentioned how concerned Roy looked when JWP was taken off...may have been because of the crucial u21 qualifier or perhaps he was close to a first team call up.

You may have seen this...an article suggesting that Van Gaal does not rate Luke. The problem is that they paid silly money for a lad who still needs nurturing. Luke's problem is that he is not even the manager's pick...he was on his way before Van Gaal arrived. I don't care that Luke is on 130K a week, I am still sorry for a young man who has been seriously ill advised. ManU is not the team for him.

 

I'll take £10,000 a week, be ignored by my boss, and you don't have to feel sorry for me. Deal..?

 

In a lot of jobs being ignored by the boss is a bonus. In my last job, I used to hear people moan that the manager was hardly seen and never spoke to them. I used to say: Are you mad? That's the best manager to have. If he could forget my name and my very existence, I would have been in pig heaven

 

If Clyne isn't in the next England squad then it'll be utter madness. I think Bertrand warrants a call-up too. He's been solid.

 

Bertrand is stretching it but Clyne, yes.

 

Full tables aren't what they used to be, when they used to tell how many goals were conceded Home & Away separately, but anyhow, have a good gaze at how those around us are doing:
