Following on from my previous Agard v Baldock.

    No contest.

We have the best deal ,well done Steve L and Cotts for getting him here.

Still find it strange how he prefered us over Leeds.

They're both very similar but Agard has more strength.

Agard is far to good for League One defences, chance of 30 league goals for him this season if he stays fit.

Both quality strikers at League 1 level - we appear to have landed on our feet in that we are up by approx £1m on the deal, and because he's younger Kieran still has some development

I'm still trying to think who Kieran reminds me of - is it a young Leroy?

Possibly Leroy, but hopefully he goes on to be a Andy Cole that don't get sold to soon

He certainly runs the same way as Lita.

Agard has some mighty big shoes to fill, and thankfully he's showing the form we expected of him. I fully expect him to score at least 25 goals this season.

Since we're still unbeaten, and since we've beaten the best team in the league I fully expect us to go on towards automatic promotion. Of course, that will depend on our attitude towards a loss, and whether we can maintain our form going forward after a loss.

When we get to a point where we're certainties for promotion I want to see Agard looking towards how he'll adjust his game to the Championship. It would also be an ideal time to start signing some youngsters that could in a few years time sustain our stay in the Championship.

In terms of Agard, I'm not sure if he'll be the player Baldock was. I fully expect him to be a better player in the Championship if we go up.

You are aware at this present moment in time we are the best team in the league.

I don't think we have played the "other best team" yet - Preston

I still think that any team that finishes higher than both Sheffield United and Preston will go up

Agard for me, seems to get in better positions than Baldock- He doesn't have his speed but has good awareness

There are a couple of teams that have been more tested than us IMHO: Preston, Swindon and Peterborough (and MKD but we managed to beat them - just!)

All of those teams have experienced defeat but have bounced back strong.

    We haven't yet.

    Maybe we won't????
