You only voted pulp because if you didn't it wouldn't have added up, there was no reason for you not to vote him.

If you kill me off BI will lose unless we also manage to assassinate a KGB member on the same night. I was also campaigning for you to go first time around when I was proven a member of BI so there's nothing suspect about me at all.

Because I find it a bit weird that he's encouraging people to vote for him. I just don't get it.

 

Clinging to the slim hope that Gordievsky is actually paying attention to proceedings? Even if he is we BI haven't got a very good track record of nailing KGB. Managing to take down one a night sounds steep.

 

I'm assuming it's because Obi isn't Philby and he's trying take the vote in order to keep 'her' alive so that she has the chance to turn one of us to the dark side. If we were to actually stumble upon and vote out the real Philby then that person would, according to the very flexible rules, be executed before being able to carry out the conversion.

 

I assume this is double bluff, one I think you are part of. I think he is either Philby or burgess and this is an attempt to somehow waste our kills. I also think I know who gordievsky is now, they have played an absolute blinder in the face of our incompetence. They have retained our kills and not got sucked into blowing them. No need now, victory is in sight. Once we kill obi, they can have a max of 3. I think u are one of them.

 

Or he is Philby and He is trying to make us doubt killing him so he can convert. We have nothing to lose by killing a KGB member.

 

For what it's worth at this late stage

I am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.

Ten days ago, a great forum member JPF, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, started this thread. This momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of forum members who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. It came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.

But ten days later, the BI still is not free. Ten days later, the life of the BI is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. Ten days later, the BI spy lives on a lonely island of poverty and finds himself an exile in his own land. And so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.

But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. And so, we've come to kill the KGB.

We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind al BI spies of the fierce urgency of Now. This is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. Now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of communism to the sunlit path of capitalism. Now is the time to make capitalism and poverty a reality for all of God's children.

We cannot walk alone.

And as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead.

We cannot turn back.

I am not unmindful that some of you have come here out of great trials and tribulations. Some of you have come fresh from narrow jail cells. And some of you have come from areas where your quest -- quest for freedom left you battered by the storms of persecution and staggered by the winds of police brutality. You have been the veterans of creative suffering.

Let us not wallow in the valley of despair, I say to you today, my friends.

with possibly GCB being the converted spy.

All we have to do is vote for one each night for the next 3/4 days and not split our vote starting with Obi. All you have to do is go back to page 1 and check the voting patterns of the above and the previous now dead KGB.

Trevor we are on same page but I'm less convinced by the voting (having previously been a big fan). I think it has got us this far but Roland (voting for you) and gcb (voting for me) in the face of defeat as obi falls makes me less sure about Jim and dpp. Both Roland and gcb have gone after me at various stages (some throughout!). I suspect one of these two (or both) has long been chipping away. They are still at it trying to split the vote. I think we have Philby. The mistake we both made is not killing obi the minute we got them PM's. Less Than paid for that mistake. Also if we had we would have flushed out the KGB as they would have rushed to protect him.

It was a massive error and one that kept them in the game. Obv at the time there was loads of confusion but still. As such I blame you for letting it get this far

 

Wow, thanks very much , I'm so grateful that you would think of me. I only did it so that everyone wouldn't see what a shallow and poorly thought out game this was and trying to save what little respect anyone still had for JPF. But that's me to a tea, magnanimous to a fault.

Anyway lets get rid of Obi and see where we then stand.
