In case you missed it, here's some of what he had to say

"The lads have worked hard. All I can say is Im delighted and looking forward to whatever comes. Bring it on.
Youd be surprised with some of the lads we've got, how they look and how they'll play. Im excited about some of the development.
Theres been a few controlled arguments, its opened doors to communication. I want the old boys to show what Millwall is about.
I have added someone who was a similar option in Riccardo Fuller, and we have good options in house.
Hopefully I can be here longer than KJ and achieve even more than he did.
Before Forest away last season, Dunney went ballistic he said 'do they want to be here? I am, I do, do they?
You need people on board who are going to say the truth to people and get the right balance. Our club has a fantastic energy.
Our motto is #StrongerTogether and we are stronger together. The world is waiting for us to .. up! I want to be better than that.
I expected us to do better at Dartford. We did better at Stevenage. Against Mallorca...Dunney set the tone. We pressed and pressed.
Some of the young enthusiasm has changed the whole group. The balance and the mix is invaluable.
Carlos and Ricky are so relaxed and still so quick. Nothing phases them. Its important the senior ones lead the way.
People might say why sign a 34 and 36 year old if you want youth? Its about the balance.
No supporter I know doesnt want a local lad in his team. What Im trying to do is knit the scouting side with the youth set up.
If we make this a fortress and not a place to fear these players will do well for us.

IH on Briggs and Gueye "Its about bringing them to my school. These players never break through, are never coached properly. Im used to producing players and bringing them through. Look at Hayles, I got him from Stevenage. These big clubs...Fergie told me 'I hope you can do something with him, we havent got the time if you can get him to believe in himself.
The reputation goes through to the supporters and they are judged. Ive had chats with Briggs and Gueye, people dont know things. Gueye was signed at 17. Hes been honest with me, I'm gonna help him and his family as much as I can. If we get the benefit, well..Ive got to get it, breathe new life in it, polish it and either someone else will want it or it'll take us where we want to. I want to be the most encouraging thing in your life because I believe in you.
What I dont want you to do is damage them irreparably. If Ive bought them there's something in them. I cant wait to work with every one Ive inherited. The team needs someone. When I played I needed my teammates.
I just want to build something that makes me proud. Every day it didnt go well I knew we had great people here.
How can you judge how many goals someone is going to score with how I play? Im expecting the team to chip in, there'll be movement.

I've got some spare money...anyone who is writing us off already you are as thick as a canteen cup. <laugh>
Who is to say Gregory wont score? O'Brien wont get in the team? Fred wont get in the team?
I think we are #StrongerTogether . Arsenal nicked our slogan. I love it. I want us to roar together.
I want every supporter with me. If I get it wrong I want you to know I didn't mean it.

    Who else is fired up?

Only if your aspirations are to play in league one next season. We both know Hollowhead is going to choke under the pressure (haha)and be gone by November.

Why would Hollowhead being a nutter who can't hack a bit of pressure have any bearing on our choice to employ a quality coach who has a history of bringing through young kids when given the opportunity. Our team of young guns are going to storm this league.

At least he prepared you all for the failure.
A great example of managing the expectations of mug punters.

Are you as prepared as us though? Seems some of you have been reeled in with Cellino even though he's already milking the club!!
