It wasn't a bad decision at all. He was leaning forward, a part of his body able to score (namely his head) was offside and therefore he was off-side. It happens week in, week out and is always given offside and rightly so, regardless of the player or the team. I really don't know what is upsetting you?
From your comments I can only assume that when your forever blowing bubbles, the bubbles come out of your arse
Just watching the match again, we really do look ****ing orgasmic going forward. The way we work the ball, the runs from the front men, the passing. Bloody hell last season was woeful. It must be like a drug addict going cold turkey for months and finding an endless stash. Herrera really is a well-rounded midfielder, he has it all. I think he's going to be a top player for us.
But Sham, I thought you lost today against a United side with a lot of new faces, an idiotic Rooney and a makeshift back line?
I do believe Rooney was trying to take the man down but I don't think he meant for it to be as bad as it looked. I don't think it was malicious just badly timed
He didn't say otherwise,he just agreed with what LVG said that's all. It wasn't the worst foul by a long shot but it was a blatant foul and a deserved red card. Rooney made a big error of judgment, he went high because the ball was bouncing up but he went for the player instead of the ball. There was no need for him to do that, we had 4 men back, just a moment of madness.
No excuses for either team yesterday. Big decisions were correct and United took the 3 points because West Ham couldn't break them down. To be blunt Big Sam was found out because he's is so reliant on long ball. A good footballing side would have exploited United in that last 30 minutes.
