Half time then and the strikers have been largely anonymous, Rusty looks shaky at RB for me, and Ruddy's had too much of the ball. Tettey and Johnson are recycling play nicely but offering little else, except both getting booked. Lafferty on for Grabban, and move towards the more successful 4-2-3-1 would be my choice. Could equally see opportunities for Howson and Murphy though.
It's fine though Colk, Grabban can shank as many shots as he likes as he only cost £3m. Isn't that how the argument goes?

BeIn Sports? It is bizarre - they said they would show all the PL games, so perhaps as they haven't been able to honour that in the Middle East, they are showcasing the 'best of the rest'.

I have been an advocate for ONE defensive midfielder in this league. Are we so poor that we need two? I see comments by posters that Tetty and Johnson are playing so well. This may be true, but the fact is our attacking options are diminished ( a word that may never have appeared on this board before ) by the use of both. Neither player has the attacking ability to put us on the front foot. If VOO is as good as his transfer fee indicates he should replace one of then very soon.
