Hope Rodgers doesn't make another cringe worthy comment about how we can't financially compete, especially when we;ve jizzed £20million up the wall on the likes of ****ing markovic. Yea yea I'm sure he may come good, but no where near worth that amount of ****ing money. And balotelli needs to ****ing grow up with his stupid ****y hair cut - he should spend more time concentrating on his game and improving his mobility.

2 points down the drain and we're not looking healthy.

Yup, which means they do nothing really. They aren't out challenging second balls and they're too deep to track runners into the box.

Oh to have a defensive coach eh?

Everton will go away from home and we wont be the first to drop points to themm. Still, with how late their goal came it is gutting. Hopegully players wont let their heads drop much

Stating the obvious but cannot wait for Sturridge to return

Generally the game was even, although Everton were there for the taking, they looked more useless than us. Should have taken the 3 points.

Fair result that imo, feels like a win to salvage something at the death though.

Very disappointed. Saw it coming when we entered injury time with a throw in and just threw it straight back to them unchallenged.

yep I guess so, when we only convert one of our 24 ****ing shots it hardly merits a win

Oh it's certainly one of those that comes off one in ten goes Dave but pro footballers given time and space will convert more than miss.

And as you say why invite the chance by withdrawing?

It shows the complete lack of confidence again that's in this team at the moment...

Yet again we sink back, don't clear balls with authority, invite pressure and the back four doesn't push up when they can. We invited pressure on ourselves for the last ten minutes. Set-pieces will always happen if you do that. They scored (brilliantly) from our own issues - again.

Everton were terrible today. Lukaku showed why Chelsea couldn't care he's gone. Never looked like winning.

Balotelli off the pace today. Need Sturridge back to decide an opinion on him - we lacked a cutting edge today. Based on that we'd have scored a few with Daniel fit.

Draw was always on the cards.

Liverpool are in trouble though. Laugh but it could be a battle with united for 7th at this rate.

Balotelli was piss poor in front of goal, if Suarez had been in his place he'd have bagged a brace at least today imo

well, that was unexpected. But the lads only have themselves to blame for not finishing it off.

    Positives:
Llama looked good again today, played 90 solid mins after 120 midweek. We were told by the saints he is a 60 minute man.
Couts looked sharp once he came on, perhaps got the message.
    Sterling always good attacking

    Negative:
    NOT KILLING THE GAME OFF
Defense (colour me shocked) no pressing for that screamer at the end, switched off and lay deep as 90mins rolled.
Gerrard - Sorry Stevie, but one freekick doesn't answer your critics, yes fair play for the goal, but nobody criticises your dead ball ability, it is your anonymity that is being criticised and I felt he did nothing until the freekick. Not enough energy to high press for 90mins.
Balo - Again did nothing, not enough energy for our type of game. Bad buy
Malkovich - Hasn't even shown a glimpse of what he is supposedly capable of. Bad buy

That was a very poor Everton team today and they snatched a draw, can imagine the confidence is completely gone now.

If Lakaku had got some of that supply at the other end you'd have won on a canter.....

He was terrible. But then again if it's not a goal of the month then he's not interested. With his stupid haircut and 40yard pot shots. I really find myself disliking him already, and I don't know why. He's certainly no Suarez, who worked his ****ing heart out for the team and hounded for the ball at every second. Balotelli reminds me of Berbaflop

Fairly even but both teams were very lacklustre. I felt that Everton were there for the taking, their attack was blunt. Lukaku was totally ineffective.

2 points lost as we were playing at home. Last season we would have won fairly easily. I am really disappointed with how different our team is playing compared to last season. Our team is at the moment so ordinary it is scary.

Thought we deserved a win and, but for a once in a lifetime strike from a CB, we would have had it. That said, we weren't great. Balotelli is still proving to be a useless player who cares only for himself with long pot shots. Markovic has a long way to go to warrant a starting spot.

The second Sturridge returns, I have no doubt we'll get wins consistently as we'll then have a striker who moves and makes space by running channels. Our counter attacking play will improve immeasurably too. Then we can ban him playing for England with their awful medical/fitness team.

Don't think we can call anyone a 'bad buy' yet. It's September like. We've hardly signed sure things.
