The bib colour doesn't matter; however if X player is not seen wearing a bib or partaking in the scrimmages on the day before, then I'd be inclined to believe he won't be starting.

 

It reminds me a bit of those phone-in quizzes on the telly with questions like:

Who is the current British Prime Minister?

a: David Cameron
b: Adolf Hitler
c: a badger

No matter how stupid and simple the questions are, there are always plenty of idiots thinking they're the only one who knows the answer and ring in expecting to win.

It'd be funny if someone at the club saw that, and we wore a different strip for the hell of it.

I have no problem with Markovic starting, he can track back and is quite good defensively. With Sterling and Markovic on the wings, we have serious speed. Speed I suspect the ageing Baines (who I rate very highly) will seriously struggle with. His game to today has to be all about positioning, because either of our wide players would kick his arse on speed.

Are Gerrard and Henderson going to play side by side?

Tony Hibbert vs Sterling or Markovic should be funny !!

 

I reckon Lallana, Sterling and Markovic will play the same roles as against Boro.

 

I can't see either Markovic nor Sterling playing upfront with Balo in a partnership, so it looks like 4-3-3, or the dreaded 4-2-1-3 with Llama the most forward midfielder.

Hibbert will be in stitches watching Malkovich pass it backwards continually, but will need stitches from Sterling tearing him a new one if he lines up on that side.
