1. World Cup 2. Olympics 3. Saints League Game 4. Ryder Cup 5. Wimbledon 6. Ashes 7. Rugby World Cup As if people value every individual Saints league game over the World Cup or the Olympics.
It's the emotional attachment to Saints. I don't feel that way about any participant in any other sport. Although the Rugby World Cup win in Sydney and the ashes series of 2005 where both pretty emotional.
Perhaps not individually but more cumulative. Being German i dont think there is a single sporting moment that could top the recent WC final for me, but overall watching the saints play is something special and something i get to savor and get excited for every week.
Why the hell not? I enjoy the Olympics, love the world cup but absolutely live for every single Saints game. I really don't understand you suggesting otherwise.
1] Saints League or Cup match 2] Olympics 3] Football World Cup . . . . 4] Wimbledon . . . . . . 5] Wouldn't care if the rest didn't exist. In my list I would include MotoGP, Round the World Sailing, America's Cup, Oxford v Cambridge Boat Race, but that's me. Golf is a great game to play. Dull as ditch water to watch.
Saints league game Football World Cup Ashes Olympics Rugby Wimbledon Golf I only really care about football though.
