    There was a programme on about him a few weeks ago. He's kept his feet on the ground and he's living the dream, a real down to earth bloke. It's nice to see someone enjoying the money, rather than it wreck their lives.

    Well, Slade's win ratio is nothing to shout about, particularly as he's coming from L1. Managed 42% recently but that's the highest ever and one season it was under 30 percent. <yikes> Big ask to step up to a tough Division and an even tougher owner.
