Black tea contains has very little. Green tea has more (but way less than Rooibos or mate). The tannins in tea are known to leech vitamins and minerals from the body. Tea is also linked to kidney stones. Weaker bones, etc. A cup or two a day won't hurt you... but when you're like me and used to have 8 or 9 cups a day you need to vary your drinks up a bit!

I've never had an energy drink in my life... don't really care too... but if I did it wouldn't be monster! They are copyright hounds and corporate bullies. They are notorious for frivolous lawsuits. They've gone after numerous companies that are older than them who have products with " monster" in the name trying to force them to stop. Can't stand companies like that. They lose all their lawsuits but they keep at them knowing they have more money to throw away on lawyers than most of the smaller companies they target. Ditch monster, use a reputable brand instead!
