Gabriel Tamaş has damaged his cruciate ligament and will not play for a long time. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/29363830
Still not sure why Donny went down, lack of goals scored I suppose. I just hope he doesn't see it as a chance to hit the sauce, that might spell the end!
Never wish injury on any player, let alone a Watford player, but felt he needed to be dropped. When I saw he was starting v Bournemouth, said to my Bournemouth-supporting friend that he will give away a penalty or get a red card, and it was close to being both! We have good enough cover there with Angella, Hoban and Ekstrand, with Cathcart impressing at the weekend, and of course Doyley can cover. If we continue with 4 at the back, we have plenty of CB's in the squad Get well soon Tamas
tamas knew that calum wilson had him beat for pace he was looking over his shoulder as calum went passed him then tamas took him out
I'd say no great loss but then at some point we will probably be ruing a lack of defenders despite the numbers we have now!
I wonder why he looked so slow in that game... was he carrying a weakness? Poor guy.... wish him well
I thought it might be a cruciate when he started smashing his hand on the floor in agony. It looked really painful for him. Im starting to worry about central defensive cover now especially if we play 3 at the back (which seems to be the best formation.)
you make a good point yorkie if he was carrying a weakness and wilson is quick then why was he playing ? i hope he get fit soon he mite not get back in the side the way that craig played
I suggest that Dr Golden Gordon give us his second opinion judging by his immense knowledge on another thread......
