Yeah, I'm worried we can take 5200 to Arsenal on a Tuesday night but can't fill St Mary's against the Geordies.. We are undoubtedly performing above where the pundits put us.. That said, it is the exact reason why taking the cups seriously will build the club, a history of winning trophies or even Wembley visits builds the club for future generations.. We all saw 45000 at Wembley for the JPT and need to attract the maybes so that the club grows and we never again find our better players thinking we are a staging post rather than a career destination. Onwards and upwards..
Yes, but only in the sense that he said he's loyal when he signs a contract. Said something about being here for 3 years and wanting to get us into Europe in that time. Then, after that, he will see what the situation is.
I genuinely have to agree with this. I've been watching Saints since 1965 and although we've obviously had our moments you always had the feeling things could go wrong without notice. And they have. But right now, everything appears to be in place. We have a good starting 11 (whoever they may be) good back up in most positions, and more than just back up, genuine alternatives. We have money in the bank, a great academy, sensible owners, great manager (still to be proven I guess, but so far so good). So basically all is well. And yet, and yet……….I still worry about losing to QPR on Saturday
I am worried that the seats at St Marys are getting narrower. I am also concerned that my feet will get quite chilly later in the season. Don't laugh! My toes get really numb!
I'm worried about the BBC making me sit through 5 minutes of penalties for 10 seconds of Saints highlights.

Yes, following the winter of discontent and the begging bowl being sent to the IMF under the Labour Govt in the 70s. Let's face it-they're all c**p! Maybe Wallace will be our saviour? Just so long as he uses his Scots MPs to force through his policies....having only English MPs voting on English issues, or an English parliament, would really be inconvenient to him. Still, it's useful to know that his party is more important to him than the English democratic deficit.
