How many KGB are there in total?

 

These Russkies can't take the heat - that's why they call it the Cold war. They are fine in their freezing Gulags but expose them to a bit of British heat and they get into a sweat.

 

Four of the original five left - plus possibly one convert (though the ideal time to convert someone would be just after everybody else became convinced that person was definitely BI).

My vote is back to Tash.

I think we need him to go to see if he is BI or not. If he isn't then DMW and Obi definitely won't be BI either and we'll have three of the remaining four KGB dead.

 

So if Tash bites the bullet tonight then GCBs theory about DMW and Obi would look to have some weight... Unless that's the path that a KGB Tash would want us to follow... Too much suspicion and betrayal!

 

I'm still thinking Tash. Neville helped put the bullet in ACS, and as they don't have great numbers that would be a very expensive price to pay for some deep cover. Also, for now at least, actions speak louder than words.

 

I hate to be the one putting a dampener on things, but we can't take that for granted. it's a possibility but it is also possible that Tash could have just realised he looked dead and buried and decided to take a few of us with him by implicating as many people as possible - firstly by accusation and then by appearing to protect people.

I still have a nagging suspicion that Roland could be Philby and that some of the KGB are staying relatively quiet (Pulp, BTK, DPP...???)

I also expect that tonight we will see somebody assassinated or converted (we wont see the conversion but you know what I mean). This isn't over by a long shot.

 

FFS Tash! I confirm I am Oleg. You could have just said I was BI. It was me who protected Roland because it was close and I believed ACS was almost certainly KGB. I was unsure about Roland so guessed as I didn't see the point of losing two if we'd beeen led down the garden path. The KGB already knew I was BI and but not which one Tash. Tonight I will be largely protecting myself

I switch my vote to Less Than as Tash seems legit (is there anyway this can now be wrong? Yes I'm confused)

The good thing is we will know who the KGB are when they start voting me out. The bad thing is I can no longer protect you when I'm fecking deeeeeeeeeed!

 

Hmmmm. I think it's possible that Tash could know your ID but still be KGB if he's 'Blunt' or 'Gee' and has investigated you. Or if he's another KGB and 'Blunt' or 'Gee' have PM'd their findings to their comrades.

 

Sorry but to me this is you trying to protect the KGB and add some weight to Tash's story.

Having just defended you against Tasty and GCB, you have now implicated yourself in my books.

You confirmed that Obi had contacted you too. The information that Obi shared with me, if that same information had been shared with you, would have suggested that ACS was MI5, and there was no info on Roland.

This could of course just mean that Obi changed what he said to me compared to what he told you. It could also still be the case that Tash is MI6 and just ****ed up (as well as not spotting the Maclean).

I now change my vote to Tash as I think we need to see if Tash is KGB or not more than anything else.

 

Good point. Surely it would be suicide to align yourself to Tash if you know he is going to be outed as KGB tonight. This could explain things very well.

 

If Tash is KGB than DMW is banged to rights and Obi would be on very thin ice.

 

I reckon we kill Tash then DMW if Tash is revealed as KGB, my reason for going after him is that the original vote last night he was lined up with ACS, Pulp and MMS if I remember right as this thing is rolling so fast and picking up pages it is getting difficult to backtrack.

As an operational thought would it make it easier if we had a separate thread to show the votes and updates up to the death rather than trying to find JPF's updates in the middle of everything else.

 

I think me and DMW need to do some public sharing of what Obi PM'd us saying. You up for this DMW?

 

Trev has gone quiet. Trev and DMW voted together the last two nights, and both were mentioned as good guys that I could trust by Obi. I am starting to think that whatever these three are they are All the same. I'm not sure what side though regardless of Tash as Tash could be throwing dirt to muddy the waters, knowing fine that he is a gonna.

 

All roads seem to lead to Tash, Obi and DMW being KGB in my book. DPP's the last one I'd really name right now, as I think MMS is not paying enough attention to be considered.

I'll stick with my vote, but I'm happy enough to see Tash or Obi outed.

 

Surely we should be voting DMW? If he saves himself then he's telling the truth and we don't lose an agent. If he dies then we know he's KGB and we then target Tash.
