More than happy with the team starting and will give fernandez and williams a chance to form a partnership
Wow .... that was just peachy. Not an easy tap in for Dyer - nice finish. But Montero went passed three Everton defenders like a ghost.
http://www.wiziwig.tv/broadcast.php?matchid=281212&part=sports There are a few slow uploaders on the acestream tonight (it's a 1500kbps stream but I have a 79,000kbps download speed), so I will be pausing at half time for ten minutes to allow a nice long buffer. I won't be able to come back here as you'll spoil the match for me
Montero needs to start on Sat - not bothered about who steps aside between Routledge and Dyer, but we can't leave that much creativity on the bench. Jazz and Carroll doing ok. Taylor having another game with dodgy moments.
1st half I felt we started sloppy, in possession and defence. Their attackers were stealing a yard on us and we were second best at set pieces. The game was settling into a pattern and they looked the better team...BUT...Montero was electric! What a half from him. He tore their full-back and every unfortunate who came up against him 1 v 1 a new arsehole, when he's on the pitch we always look like creating something. Then he makes the goal. Dyer applies a good finish (He has really got the art of finishing now, hit it early and keep it on target and you'll score regular....he has become lethal in and around the box). After the goal we settled down and started playing a bit. They really want this mind and are working their bollocks off closing us down and might force a few more mistakes from us this second half....also, McGeady seems to have the beating of Jazz (although hasn't been able to make this advantage count so far). I agree Yankee, Besic looks a tidy player. Best Performers; Montero - tremendous Shelvey - Very good game so far from him Dyer - Very good (despite the mistake at the end there), has been a threat. Siggy - Playing well, fancy he might get the second Gomis - good enough so far, feel like there's more to come from him Nobody has had a stinker but there does seem to be a goal for Everton in this somewhere, especially if they keep the work rate up. C'mon Swansea let's finish this now!
