This looks like a ploy by Woy to keep his job, if he brings in loads of young players he can say he needs time to develop them. Blackett has not impressed anyone, so how he can think of bringing him in is beyond me.

Couldn't agree more. He shouldn't even be managing a Sunday League side. I think his main criteria for picking CHs is that he can outrun them over 20 yards. Look at who he's picked, "Pass the Ball to the Opposition" Smalling, "Turning Circle of an Oil Tanker" Caulker, "Just Let Me Run into the Box and Knock Em Over" Jones, and now BLACKETT!!
