    Very good news. I suspect this has long since been a done deal as we never bid for Rhoys Wiggins (Off to Charlton/Watford). This also means Taylor is intended as a left back and not a left winger as Mowbry employed him as.

    Need to ship off Naylor now and perhaps look to give Jon Meades a short term loan to prime him as a back up.

    Back on topic. Just how good is Taylor? We know he was touted a few years ago, but how come he ended up on loan at Watford?

    That's what I was wondering? Why would Boro try and get a new deal with the guy if he was surplus a few months ago?
    Coming back from injury perhaps?
    Otherwise it seems very strange...
    It was Mowbray back then wasn't it?

    haha not me pagey. Don't think I've ever been on CCMB.

    I occasionally take a look at AAMB for a laugh but thats about it. Too much of a clique for my liking. Someone says something against the popular opinion and its like a pack of dogs is let loose. All following the masters trumpet....just my opinion of course :)

    Find the AAMB ok, good bit of info put out and although not always right it helps pass the time, and rumours are what its all about at this time of the year.
    Not a fan of the CCMB though, should rename it acronym city.
    Not a member of either board and never have been.
    Carl Curtis comes in for a bit of stick when he puts any news out, but people should get over themselves, he may have sources but thats no guarantee what they tell him will come to fruition, and those rumours should be taken as such, just rumours that have a good percentage strike, don't knock the guy for passing it on.

    I much prefer this type of board, much more friendly and a good class of people.

    It's certainly gathering pace.

    "Taylor, absent when the Boro squad returned to pre-season training yesterday, is due to head to South Wales on Monday for a medical and become Malky Mackay’s first signing".....don't tell Conway :)

    Wonder if this has anything to do with the fact it has ECHO in the title.
