Yeah the quest to find a truely sour chew has been tough thanks to E-number eradication, but Chewits Extreme have brought out a tuti-fruity flavor what tastes like rhubarb and it's sour a ****. Sweets aren't what the they were but those Chewits are cock on.
No boxes Bri, never had the space to keep them when they were bought. There's a big old drawer full of the Amiga floppies, Workbench and games etc. I shall just hang onto them and probaly the kids will get rid when my body is left to science. My son was up in the attic the other day looking for my old Commando comics. As his mate had sold a couple for £40. Still have a load of them in good nick from the 70s and later. Yet strangely the 60s ones have gone on the missing list!
I miss my Amiga, I shall look into getting another someday. I remember that I never bought a single game, just the disc copying software, 100's of blanks and all my mates game collections to choose from, of which they copied for free of course.
<<<<< Had and still have the "Replay" adaptor that was supposed to be to input code into programmes. for example cheats into games. It also had another advantage that not one buyer purchased it for, it could copy bit by bit copy protected games. Memories eh? The joys of sitting watching the coloured lines strobing for 10 or 15 minutes as the Spectrum loaded, with the sound turned up to hear the whining coming from the cassette player to make sure the noise hadn't stopped and you had to go through the whole process again.
Never had a spectrum but did have a Commodore 64 so still had the joys of the coloured lines. please log in to view this image Jack the Nipper please log in to view this image Trolly Wally please log in to view this image Frank Bruno Boxing please log in to view this image California Games please log in to view this image OUTRUN! please log in to view this image Memories indeed fella. I had to accept dead arm's off my older brother and sister before I could have ago.
Remember that Egg called Dizzy Bri? There was a treasure Island version I think. I remember this running game on the C64 you had to shake the joystick like mad to get him to run, proper ****ers cramp after 5 minutes.
I don't remember Hunchback like. Any good? I remember Dizzy there were 4 or 5 of them, he'd do a little sideways somersault to jump. please log in to view this image please log in to view this image I'm still great at button bashing games.
