How long did steve B last, not a season as I remember, but liked O`shea twelve years ago, and think he could help, but if S A F wants rid, why are we buying? the wrong mentality, If hes not good enough for Man U, he should not be good enough for us, we will always be a second fiddle team to the likes of Man U. WE HAVE TO BREAK THE MOULD. sick of complacency, sick of managers lining pockets.
Bill, He played stacks of games for United last season, the only reason for the sale is the additions of Smalling and Jones, and the Da Silva brothers development. This is a lad who is comfortable across the back 4, he is an excellent signing, akin to Phil Neville going to Everton.
Steve Bould lasted a season and was terrific for that season. O'Shea is about 6/7 years younger than he was. We're buying because he's a proven champions league player. Who's excelled at Man United for years when he's played. Who do you want us to sign in his place? Pique? Maldini? Koeman?
I'm partial to a few ciders mate, it's the matchday bevvie of choice, and if i've had a drink the day before, i find it easier to drink. I also drink at times copious amounts of Tanquaray, beautiful stuff.
Bill. I think manure reserves could finish top 6 in the EPL. I'm happy buying players who can go towards us getting there, plus 10-goal midfielders in a struggling (relegated) team, plus someone unlike Henderson -bless him- who can pass the first man at a corner or free kick, plus a raw striker that spuds, thieves and gooners were allegedly after. OINK OINK OINK OINK OINK x
Actually i have it with cloudy lemonade and a fresh lime slice. Sounds gay, tastes great, refreshing as a snow shower in the desert!
Careful Disco - I'm only down the road from you, and I'll bring Bill with me to sort you out, my son.
