Nobody is taking anything away from your result. We point out your second goal was soft and Leicester posters are twisting it.
Chazz you had plenty of support if memory serves me. I know I was on your side. Long is a diving twat but I suppose he has to try something considering how **** he is, if he tried to shoot himself he's more likely to get it in his own net from the oppositions 6 yard box than anywhere near their goal. Off topic... What's worse, diving for a pen/to get a player sent off or feigning injury? Feigning injury for me but diving isn't far behind. Both are utterly embarrassing.
keep clutching at those straws sunshine. No sign of burn out last season playing with "pace and speed"
Let's be clear Vardy fouled Rafael in the build up to the penalty but that still only made it 2-3 to United, the way they imploded the last 25 mins was incredible. They couldn't live with us. Great game for the neutral and even better for us LEICESTER fans Get in. Very happy with the start we have had considering we have played Everton, Chelsea, Arsenal, Man Utd and a tricky game away at Stoke. Cue a defeat at palace next week now
Different league, better quality of players. You don't have a massive squad and you will take a few injuries here and there. Brace yourselves. I don't think you will get relegated, but you will be there and thereabouts.
TBF for me, only Chelsea, Man City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Everton, Tottenham and Man United will not be involved in the potential relegation scrap ... I take a lot of comfort from knowing that we'll have your very close company when the dust settles at the end of the season ...
Yep, any three from the rest could go down. There'll be times for all of us when we'll have to be well strapped in for some bumpy times. Most teams suffer a lull, or two, it depends how bad they are.
Leicester took this game based on one ridiculous ref decision that totally unsettled Man U. I think most of the other 8 goal games they will be involved in this season will be the likes of Man City putting 8 past them and there is no way they will stay up, plus 90 percent of their fan comments that I have to read on this ( a Hull City page) are utter ****, even if it is that one simpleton posting them
... LVG will have fixed the defence before they concede 8 to Man City you Dufus ... your village must be really missing you ...
Congrats to Leicester on their result today. They got the rub of the green but then you need that when you play the big guns. As for some of our fans getting in a flap about relegation, ****ing embarrassing. It's a long old season where nearly all teams will take points off each other. We'll be fine this season.
The first penalty awarded to Leicester was appalling, in fact Vardy should have been booked for a foul on Rafael.
Haven't read this thread but have to say although it's a great result for them that first penalty was massively important and it was a joke. I aren't that fussed about Vardys challenge but the one he got the pen for, he actually reversed into Rafael who was just stood there. No chance it'd have been given at Old Trafford, or in fact if it was 1-1 in the last minute. Well done Leicester though, great result and I like to see smaller teams like us taking the game to the bigger sides rather than sitting back, anti football etc.
LVG is a brilliant manager, and Man Utd have one of the best attacks in the Prem, as well as a brilliant midfield. Falcao, Di Maria, Herrera, Blind, van Persie, Rooney and Mata are all world-class players, but the defence is so f**ing bad. Blackett has talent, but he'll keep making silly mistakes if he doesn't have an experienced defender next to him. A defence consisting of Chester, Dawson and Davies is better than Utd's at the moment. Moyes is a good manager, and LVG is a world-class manager, so the problem obviously lies with the players. I find it funny that Utd fans thought LVG was going to win the Prem in his first season.
