A little insulting, we looked good yesterday and played some quality football. Sam has signed a few gems IMO. A team on the up.
You did look good yesterday, the comment was more aimed at how much Liverpool, Spurs and Utd have spent to look distinctly average (and that's being generous)
I think if you read the post again you will see that no insult was intended. He was highlighting the amount they had spent compared to the 3 teams mentioned, only to lose to them. When he insults teams Piskie tends to be a lot less subtle!
You must be rubbing your hands with glee at the thought of play our team of dross next saturday...can not see anything other than a piss easy win for you lot. We lacked speed, ideas, width, heart, guile, leadership, a defence, attempts on goal, an ability to pass the ball and were boring as ****...apart from that we were alright
Never claimed it was on...couldn't give a **** about your twatty islington part of norf london...I only ever care we we play you and this week is gonna be torturous in the run up to the match...the 90 minutesare gonna be wrist slashing depressing in footie terms and the week after is gonna be a drunken haze to forget the humiliation... Welbeck. Oxo-c and co are gonna have a field day...
I know when it comes to the derby form doesn't usually matter, but man to man, we should be beating this Spurs side quite comfortably, other than Erikson, I don't see any major threats from them. Adebayor can cause some problems from set pieces.
The fear factor is certainly gone from this Spurs side. A few years back the likes of Bale,Modric and VDV (always scored against us) were big threats and we had to be at our best to stop those players.
Spurs always up their game when they play us, but luckily so do we. I reckon this will be another classic, with neither team playing their best defensively or attacking wise. That will mean it'll be decided on passion and who is more up for it.
I'm not counting any chickens, the NLDs always throw up crazy results and scorelines. I wouldn't discount another 5-2 though after seeing the shower of ****e that is the spuds at the moment. They were lucky not to lose 3 or 4-0 against West Brom yesterday
Alan Sugar has become a full time wum against his old club. First it was the 'ghost goal' wum, now he's 'begging Arsene to switch North London alliances' http://www.givemesport.com/506003-alan-sugar-begs-arsene-wenger-to-join-tottenham
Will be able to laugh at Spurs in person on Saturday... just been given two free hospitality tickets from Emirates for Saturday's game. BOOOOOOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice one, can I ask how you came about those. They are like gold dust. Hope you do have a good day out. I'm not counting on a definite victory for us because I know how unpredictable the NLDs can be. But on current form we should win, even if it means scoring 5 to beat the 3 or 4 we concede (cue boring 0-0 )
