Your level of income means you can afford to change your car every 2 years, go on a great holiday every year, live well and eat well whilst buying whatever you may need with a bank account very much in the black. You can do this despite the "massive debt" of your mortgage because your income is more than enough to cover the repayments comfortably and still leave enough for other things.
